The project falls within the framework of Italian Supply Chain Contracts promoted by the Ministry to support innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the wine sector.

The initiative “High-Tech Wine Supply Chain for Sustainability”, developed in collaboration with the University of Padua and 8 Italian companies, aims to introduce advanced technological solutions across the entire production chain, with a focus on environmental sustainability, process digitalisation, and quality improvement.

The project has been deemed eligible by the Ministry, and is currently awaiting the publication of the final ranking and potential funding approval.
